Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting, scanning, and stocking of inventory to maintain stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for candidates who are eager to learn.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
