Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Organize inventory, verify stock levels, and manage stock rotation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare products for shipping by packing and labeling accurately.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanners and logging data.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
