Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship merchandise using barcode scanners and conveyor systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time digital tracking
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
- Complete shift reports and inventory logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening
