Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone and email during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote and on-site users.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing issues.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users regarding software updates and security protocols.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when dealing with frustrated or urgent client queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and friendly attitude.
