Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Prepare and serve food/drink orders with speed and accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and dining areas
- Process cashless payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume rushes
- Follow food safety protocols and inventory procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Evening availability (minimum 3 weekday shifts weekly)
- Basic food handling or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
