Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle payments and data entry using our POS and inventory systems.
- Maintain Operations: Ensure the sales floor and back-office areas are organized, clean, and ready for the next shift.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with morning shift staff to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and inventory organization during slower business hours.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (Shift: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and software applications.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
