Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and welcoming attitude during evening hours.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer systems to process requests accurately.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in data entry and filing tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate complex concerns to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID is preferred but not required.
