Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with training protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
