Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the evening shift operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Manage a team of 4-6 employees, providing guidance and support throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Train new evening staff members on company policies and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
