Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the evening team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving process as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and availability for evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
