Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and processing returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stockroom organization.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
