Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle cash transactions with high accuracy and follow all cash-handling policies.
- Assist in inventory management and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
