Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to maintain store operations.
- Handle cash deposits and secure handling of company assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge is a plus.
