Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using the POS system.
- Organize and restock merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, restrooms, and stockroom areas.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
