Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure a neat and organized store appearance.
- Assist with store closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
