Responsibilities
- Supervise evening floor operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently to drive satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, perform daily stock counts, and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Train and mentor new part-time associates on company policies, procedures, and sales techniques.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily deposits.
- Assist in closing procedures, including security checks and lock-up.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
