Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during evening hours.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak evening traffic.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
