As an Evening Shift Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during peak evening hours.
- Process transactions and returns efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during slower business hours.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
