Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to maintain inventory levels and store standards.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and maintaining the stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
