Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and security checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
