- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment during peak hours.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
