Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the evening team to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform end-of-shift duties, including cash balancing, security checks, and closing procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards during evening operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customer groups.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
