Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high level of service during evening and weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak evening shifts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist with stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
