Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks its best.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts during slow periods.
- Operate cash registers, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
