Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal store operations during peak hours.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are appealing and well-merchandised.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
