Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter the store during evening hours.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Monitor store security and safety procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
