Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and product selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Current high school or college students are welcome to apply).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of merchandise.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
