Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency during evening shifts.
- Assist in processing incoming orders and managing inventory levels accurately.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and team members during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all standards are met.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
