Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Efficiently restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product locations and answer basic inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts and help manage inventory flow during off-peak hours.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at the end of every shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other standard retail equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior retail or logistics experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
