Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
