Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Closing Duties: Assist in closing procedures, including securing the store, setting alarms, and managing the cash register accurately.
- Stocking & Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability throughout the evening shift.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including cleaning up spills and organizing aisles.
- Checkout Operations: Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Legal: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
