Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Efficiently box, label, and organize items for timely shipment to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Cargo Handling: Load and unload trucks with speed and care to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and commitment to safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees.
