- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage cash registers responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor store security and safety protocols to create a safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily sales targets and customer needs.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
