As an Evening Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and process incoming shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license preferred.
