Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during dinner hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Present food and beverage menus with detailed knowledge of offerings
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash handling procedures
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol
