Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during dinner hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness throughout shift
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week)
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
