Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service for dinner and late-night guests
- Manage a section of 4-6 tables with accuracy and efficiency
- Process orders and payments using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
