Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Basic food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Riverwalk Plaza location
- Food Handler Certification (can obtain after hire)
