Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food/beverage delivery
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and sanitize workstations throughout shifts
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including restocking supplies and preparing service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
