Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables with precision and professionalism
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal specials
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure dining areas meet cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Nashville local preferred
