Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Organize merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
