Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs during evening hours to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the evening team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
