Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional, personalized service throughout their shopping journey.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a pristine store environment during evening shifts.
- Restock inventory and organize merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
