Job Overview
As an Evening Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our peak hours. You will provide exceptional service to our evening clientele, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, guiding them to products and answering inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle returns.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are clean and inviting.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management during off-peak hours.
- Handle cash deposits and daily sales reports with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
