Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and merchandise restocking
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in evening shift operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability for weekday evenings and weekends
