Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling assistance
- Efficiently process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display maintenance
- Support inventory management processes including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Actively contribute to achieving daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in team environments
- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
