Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset resets and window displays
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment
- Participate in evening closing procedures including security protocols and store reset
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for fashion/culture
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
