Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and styling advice
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage returns
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative sales floor coverage
- Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention policies
- Support store closing procedures including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to/from store location
