- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure store readiness
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
