Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product demonstrations, size assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure visually appealing displays and optimal inventory levels
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing merchandise, cleaning sales floors, and resetting displays
- Collaborate with evening team members to maintain high standards of store presentation and safety compliance
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes during evening shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings (primarily 3 PM - 9 PM) weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
